Classification and characteristics of oil-resistant rubber sheet

oil-resistant rubber sheet

Oil-resistant rubber sheet is an important type of rubber sheet, which can be roughly divided into three categories according to their different characteristics.Class A oil-resistant rubber sheet, namely general oil-resistant rubber sheet,is made of recycled NBR and various fillers and accessories vulcanized.Fabrics such as cloth can be sandwiched in the middle to improve the physical and mechanical properties of oil-resistant rubber sheet.Class A oil-resistant rubber sheet is mainly characterized by general oil resistance and wear resistance, good waterproof, shockproof and non-slip performance. It is mainly used in some mechanical processing, manufacturing industries, automobile and shipbuilding industries, chemical enterprises, etc.,mainly used for bedding of ground and table, playing the role of oil resistance, waterproof and non-slip,avoiding direct contact with the ground to cause product damage, and protecting the ground or table from damage caused by heavy collisions.
Class B oil-resistant rubber sheet is made of 30%~60%NBR and SB and fillers vulcanized, with moderate price.Class B oil-resistant rubber sheet has good physical and mechanical properties, moderate oil resistance;it has the advantages of sealing, wear resistance, shock resistance and low compression deformation rate. Can be used in oil medium(oil, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, vegetable oil)as seals, mainly suitable for gasket processing, equipment lining, sandblasting lining and other enterprises processing supporting, insulating rubber sheet and contact with grease, the workbench, ground with high wear resistance requirements, electronic products place for long-term use of bedding.
Class C oil-resistant rubber sheet is made of more than 70%nitrile rubber and filler vulcanization.Class C oil-resistant rubber sheet has excellent oil resistance and high temperature resistance, and can be used in high temperature oil medium(oil, diesel, gasoline, lubricating oil)at 120 degrees.Because the oil-resistant sealing standard parts are produced directly by seal manufacturers, only some non-standard large seals can be used on Class C oil-resistant rubber sheet,so Class C oil-resistant rubber sheet has a narrow scope of use and is more expensive.Mainly used for punching some high oil-resistant gaskets,as sealing oil tanks and oil pipelines.
