Insulating rubber sheet does not have anti-static properties.Anti-static rubber sheet is a product with a resistance value of less than 10^11 ohms as an anti-static product,and a better anti-static product has a resistance value of 10^6 ohms to 10^9 ohms(i.e.electrostatic sub-conductor),because the resistance value is lower,the anti-static product has conductive properties and can discharge static electricity.Insulating rubber sheet is a product with a resistance value of more than 10^12 ohms as an insulating product(i.e.electrostatic non-conductor),and it is easy to generate static electricity and cannot discharge it itself.In other words,anti-static is able to conduct electricity,so places that require insulation must not use anti-static rubber sheet,as it is more likely to cause electrical breakdown.
