Fluorosilicone rubber(FVMQ), a high-performance synthetic material, plays an important role in modern science and industry. Its excellent thermal stability, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation properties make it widely used in various industries, including aviation, electronics, and automotive manufacturing.

Fluorosilicone rubber is composed of a siloxane main chain with trifluoropropyl and other fluorinated side groups. This unique structure allows fluorosilicone rubber to retain the flexibility of silicone rubber while gaining the chemical resistance properties of fluorine-containing polymers, particularly in resisting fuels, hydraulic oil, and various chemicals.

The reason why this material is highly regarded is that it can maintain stability under extreme conditions, such as working within the temperature range of -55°C to +300°C without losing its elasticity. Additionally, its resistance to oil and solvents is also excellent, meaning that it can maintain its physical properties when in contact with various chemicals. Furthermore, fluorosilicone rubber has good weathering resistance, and it will not degrade due to ultraviolet or ozone exposure even if it is exposed to the outdoors for a long time.
